The Bear & Blacksmith Butchery off a Cutting & Packing service for all local farmers (either to sell themselves, or keep for themselves)
Including collection from the abattoir, cutting and packing.
Prices include collection and delivery.
Whole Lamb – £20.00 per head
Whole Pig – £60.00 per head
Bullock – £1.00 per kg (carcass weight)
Burger Making – £0.75 each
Sausages Making – £3.00 per kg
Bacon Making – £3.00 per kg
